jjjt Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and jjjt ("we", "us", "our", "the platform") governing your access to and use of the jjjt website at jjjt.fun and all associated services, including slots, live casino, bingo, sports betting and the VIP programme.

Your continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. We recommend bookmarking this page and checking back periodically. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the platform or via your registered account contact details.

These Terms apply to all users regardless of the device used — desktop browser, mobile browser or the jjjt Android app.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on jjjt, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. jjjt does not permit gaming by anyone under 18, and we take this requirement seriously.
• You must be accessing the platform from a location where doing so does not violate any applicable local law or regulation.
• You must not be a person who has previously been self-excluded from jjjt or had their account permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.
• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf — not on behalf of any third party.

jjjt reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. If satisfactory verification is not provided within a reasonable period after a request is made, the account will be suspended until verification is completed. Any winnings generated during a period when eligibility is in question may be held pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one account on jjjt. Duplicate accounts — whether created using the same name, CNIC number, email address, mobile number, device, payment method or IP address — are not permitted. If duplicate accounts are identified, jjjt reserves the right to close all associated accounts, review pending transactions and withhold balances pending investigation.

Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, current and complete information when registering your account. This includes your full name, date of birth, email address and mobile number. If any of your details change after registration, you are responsible for updating them promptly through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. jjjt will never ask for your password via email, chat or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately. jjjt is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by a failure to keep credentials secure.

Account Currency

All jjjt accounts are denominated in PKR. There is no option to switch currency after registration. All deposits, balances, bonuses, winnings and withdrawals are expressed and processed in PKR.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

jjjt supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and debit/credit cards. All transactions are processed in PKR with no hidden conversion fees applied by the platform.

Deposits

Deposits made via JazzCash or Easypaisa are typically credited to your jjjt account within 30 seconds to a few minutes. Bank Transfer and card payments may take longer depending on your bank's processing times. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the Deposit page and may vary by payment method.

jjjt does not accept deposits made using funds that belong to a third party. You must only deposit using a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from unverified or mismatched payment sources may be returned and the account reviewed.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. Before a withdrawal can be processed, any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonus funds in your account must be fulfilled. The platform reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for amounts above certain thresholds.

Processing times for withdrawals vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within one business day. Bank Transfer withdrawals may take two to five business days depending on your bank. jjjt is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Refused Transactions

jjjt reserves the right to refuse or reverse a transaction if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the relevant funds will be held pending investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, jjjt offers bonuses, free bets, free spins and other promotional credits to players. All such offers are subject to individual terms which are communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific offer states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your account balance and must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements count differently across game types. Bets placed on slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino, bingo and sports betting contributions may vary and will be stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Bonus funds and any associated winnings may be forfeited if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period.
• jjjt reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being credited to a player's account.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, strategic void betting or other exploitative techniques — will have their bonuses forfeited and their account reviewed.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to new accounts only and cannot be claimed more than once.

6. Gameplay and Fair Play

jjjt operates on the basis of fair play and honest competition. All slot games use certified random number generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by real dealers in real time. Bingo draws are conducted using verifiable random processes.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting any software bug, error in odds or technical glitch. Any winnings generated through an identified error are considered void and will be reversed.
• Colluding with other players in live casino, bingo or any multiplayer game format.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through any means not available to all players equally.
• Any form of fraud, including chargebacks on genuine transactions or use of stolen payment credentials.

7. Sports Betting Rules

jjjt offers live and pre-match sports betting markets covering Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, bilateral cricket series featuring Pakistan, Football leagues and Esports events. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the platform:

Bet Acceptance

All bets are accepted subject to availability of the market at the time the bet is placed. jjjt reserves the right to refuse any bet, limit bet amounts or suspend a market at any time without prior notice. Bets placed after an event has started — in pre-match markets — may be voided at the platform's discretion if they were accepted due to a technical delay.

Settlement of Bets

Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant governing body — for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for PSL and international cricket. In cases where an event is abandoned, postponed or not completed within a specified period, bets will be settled according to the rules stated for that particular market. Void bets are returned to your account balance at the original stake amount.

Live Betting

Live ball-by-ball betting markets for PSL and T20 matches are updated in real time via WebSocket feed. Odds fluctuate rapidly during live play. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled. jjjt is not responsible for connection issues on the player's end that result in a bet being placed at odds the player did not intend.

Maximum Winnings

Maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits apply and are shown on the bet slip at the time of placement. Winnings that exceed the stated maximum will be capped at the maximum payout amount regardless of the calculated return.

8. VIP Programme

The jjjt VIP programme rewards real-money play across all game types — slots, live casino, bingo and sports betting. Points are earned on every qualifying bet and contribute to tier progression. The programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond.

VIP tier benefits — including PKR cashback percentages, bonus offers and priority support access — are detailed on the VIP page. jjjt reserves the right to modify tier thresholds, point values, cashback rates and any other VIP benefit at any time. Changes will be communicated to affected players with reasonable notice where possible.

VIP points and tier status are non-transferable between accounts. Points cannot be converted to cash directly — they contribute to tier progression and unlock the associated benefits for that tier. jjjt reserves the right to remove VIP points or adjust tier status if account activity is found to be in breach of these Terms.

9. Mobile App and Software

The jjjt Android app is available for download from the Download page. By installing and using the app, you agree to these Terms in the same way as you would when using the platform through a browser. The app is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify or distribute the jjjt app or any part of the platform's software. Doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms and may also infringe applicable intellectual property laws. Any jjjt software — whether accessed via browser or installed app — remains the exclusive property of jjjt and is protected accordingly.

jjjt provides the app on an "as-is" basis. We make reasonable efforts to ensure the app functions correctly on supported Android versions and device types, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation on every device. The app is tested on mid-range Android devices common in the Pakistani market, but performance may vary depending on individual device specifications and network conditions.

10. Privacy and Data

jjjt collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We collect data including your name, contact details, date of birth, payment information and gameplay history. This data is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with our obligations and improve the platform. Payment credentials entered through JazzCash and Easypaisa are handled directly by those payment services and are not stored on jjjt servers.

11. Responsible Gaming

• The account holder has breached any part of these Terms.
• The account is being used for fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• The account was registered by a person under the age of 18.
• Duplicate accounts have been created in violation of the one-account rule.
• Bonus abuse, bet exploitation or automated betting activity has been detected.
• A chargeback has been raised against a genuine transaction on the account.

In the event of account closure due to a Terms breach, any balance remaining in the account — including deposited funds, bonus credits and pending withdrawals — may be withheld pending investigation. jjjt will notify the account holder of the outcome of any investigation through their registered contact details.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the original payment method after identity verification is completed.

13. Limitation of Liability

jjjt provides the platform on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous and error-free service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, that it will be free from technical errors, or that game outcomes will always be displayed or recorded without interruption.

To the maximum extent permitted, jjjt shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data, loss of profits or any consequential, indirect or special damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Technical failures caused by your internet connection, device hardware or software.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or banking institutions.
• Actions taken by jjjt in good faith to enforce these Terms, including account suspension or fund withholding during an investigation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

jjjt may update or revise these Terms at any time. When we make changes, the updated version will be published on this page with the revised effective date shown at the top. For significant changes that affect player rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players through a platform notification or by the contact details on file.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any change, your recourse is to stop using the platform and request account closure as described in Section 12.
